We were once a bride and groom ourselves, planning an intimate wedding of around 50 guests during the pandemic.

We had a budget, but we made a conscious decision about where we wanted our resources to go. Instead of putting everything into a bigger wedding production, we chose to invest more into the home and life we were building together.

That experience stayed with us.

We've been where you are.

Before ProVision, we were simply a bride and groom planning our own wedding. We wanted our celebration to be beautiful and memorable, but we were also thinking beyond the wedding day—the home, the plans, the experiences, and the life we were beginning together.

We learned that a beautiful celebration and thoughtful financial decisions don't have to be opposites. That perspective became part of ProVision.

What packages do you offer?

Package A (9×12 ft screen, ₱7,950), Package B (6×6 ft screen, ₱5,950), and Package C (projector only, ₱5,000). All packages include a 5500-lumen projector, complimentary laptop, dedicated operator, and up to 4 hours of use.

Which package should I choose for my event?

Package A (9×12 ft) is best for large venues, ballrooms, and 100+ guests where everyone needs to see clearly from anywhere in the room. Package B (6×6 ft) is ideal for intimate venues, restaurants, and smaller gatherings up to 50–80 guests. Package C is for venues that already provide a screen or projection surface.

Is transportation really free?

Yes — transportation is 100% free anywhere within Cavite (Bacoor, Imus, Dasmariñas, Tagaytay, Silang, General Trias, and all Cavite municipalities). For Metro Manila and nearby areas, a reasonable transportation fee applies depending on the venue location.

How does the Same-Day Edit (SDE) video playback work?

Simple and seamless. During your event, your videographer transfers the final SDE video to our laptop via USB drive. Our operator loads it, tests the audio and video, and plays it at the exact moment your program calls for it. You don't need to coordinate cables or technical settings.

Can the operator connect to our sound system?

Yes. Our setup includes standard audio output cables (3.5mm AUX and RCA) to connect our laptop into your venue's or DJ's sound system. Let us know your sound setup in advance so we bring the right adapters.

How early do you arrive for setup?

We typically arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before your program begins to set up the screen, position and align the projector, test video playback, and confirm audio with your sound system. This setup time is free and does NOT count toward your 4 hours of use.

What happens if our program runs longer than 4 hours?

Additional hours are available at ₱500 per hour. Just let our operator know during the event.

Can we connect our own phone, tablet, or laptop?

Yes. We can connect your device via HDMI (we provide standard HDMI cables). If your device uses USB-C or Lightning, please have the appropriate display adapter ready, or simply transfer your files to our complimentary laptop for the smoothest playback.

Can this be used for outdoor venues?

Yes, for evening or night events. Projection requires ambient darkness for clear visibility. For outdoor daytime events, direct sunlight will wash out any projection. If your event is outdoors, we recommend starting projection after sunset or in a fully covered, shaded area.

How do I reserve my date?

The fastest way is to message us on Facebook Messenger. Tell us your date, venue location, and event type. Once we confirm availability, a ₱500 booking fee locks in your date. The remaining balance is due on the event date.

What is the cancellation or reschedule policy?

If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as possible. Your ₱500 booking fee can be transferred to a new available date within 6 months. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a booking fee refund.

What areas do you serve?

We are based in Cavite and serve the entire Cavite province with ZERO transportation fee. We also serve Metro Manila (Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Parañaque, Pasay, Makati, Taguig, Quezon City, Manila) and nearby provinces (Laguna, Batangas) with a reasonable transportation fee.
